What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00 WITA) onwards, and check-out is strictly by 1:00 PM (13:00 WITA).
What is the maximum capacity for each room?
Both our Superior Tropical Rooms and Signature Suites are designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. All rooms are furnished with a spacious King Size bed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we process all reservations via Direct Bank Transfer. The complete bank details and payment instructions will be provided to you upon completing the checkout form on our website.
Do all rooms come with a bathtub?
Exclusive private bathtubs are only available in our Signature Suite Rooms. However, all of our rooms, including the Standard Rooms, feature premium hot water showers.
Is daily housekeeping included?
To respect your privacy and align with our eco-friendly practices, standard complimentary housekeeping is scheduled twice a week. If you require daily or extra cleaning, it is available upon request as an additional service.
Do you have a shared kitchen or dining area?
Yes, guests are welcome to use our fully equipped shared kitchen. We also provide a comfortable lounge area and a refreshing swimming pool for your relaxation.
